I've been having pretty good luck with download speeds on Cheyenne beam 34. I did notice the other day that some sites were slower, around 30-40 rather than the 190 I'm used to getting. But another site downloaded just fine seconds later.
I've downloaded several 300 meg beta tests over the last couple of weeks, some right in the middle of prime time. The download speeds never fell below 120, and were frequently above 180. A couple of times I saw speeds around 205.
Note: 190 is about 1.5 meg download speed. My software tells me Kbytes per second.
