			<description><![CDATA[Since I connected to the Internet 4 hours ago (~17:30 MST), I have not been able to read the NRTC FAP meter nor the AT&T FAP meter using Fapzilla and my VBS file.  My NRTC Admintool page reports that the FAP meter is busy.

Is anyone else having a problem reading the FAP meter?]]></description>
