WildBlue 9000 Satellite Modem Users Guide : This is the manual that should come in
the box with your WildBlue modem. It's a short & simple guide.
NRTC's WildBlue Installation Manual : Covers dish pointing, modem installation, Mac configuration, cable connections, and much more. This is a pretty big manual at 188 pages, . It's about 11.5 Megs to download.
WildBlue Installation & Service Call Standards : This outlines the standard installation requirements necessary for an installer to be paid for a successful installation.
Also covers exceptions, the installation process, & more. 10 Pages. Small download. 
WildBlue Non-Serviceable Zip Codes : This is a list of the zip-codes where WildBlue
may not operate.  If you live in a fringe service area, you may want to check this list. If your zip code is on it, it might be worth calling WildBlue to verify service ability. 12 Pages. A small download. Microsoft Word Doc.
SurfBeam System Overview : A brief overview of the SurfBeam hardware. This is the same hardware used with WildBlue. This file is from the manufacturer of the modem.
A short 6 page file. About 700k to download.
SurfBeam Satellite Modem Termination System (SMTS) : A very short (2 page) file which shows the gateway hardware & lists general specifications.
SurfBeam Subscriber Terminal : This is a file from the modem's manufacturer, ViaSat. It lists the technical specifications of the modem.
